Jeffrey Edward Hartman
Senior Pastor
Pastor Hartman has served Perry Hall Baptist Church since 2004. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Ministry from Liberty University, a Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary, a Master of Sacred Theology from Yale University, and a Master of Theology from Harvard University. He is a Ph.D. candidate in Systematic Theology at Westminster Theological Seminary. Pastor Jeff is married to Lynn, and they have three children: Joshua and Jeremiah at Liberty University, and Julia at Perry Hall Christian School.
An intolerable fan of the Philadelphia Phillies, Pastor Jeff enjoys reading great books, trading stock options, enjoying music, watching “LOST” reruns, and eating chocolate chip cookies, Old Bay on anything, hot wings, and Baja Chicken Chalupas (with Fire sauce). Fred Walker
Executive Administrator
Fred comes to Perry Hall with vast experience in building and running a business, and with a passion for God and ministry. He is past Chairman of the Board of Deacons. He and his wife Sandy – who coordinates our Women’s Connection – have two grown daughters.
Dan Alban
Student Pastor
Dan Alban is the Student Pastor at PHBC and has been working with middle and high school students for 15 years in the Philadelphia and Baltimore area. Dan attended Word of Life Bible Institute, Lancaster Bible College and received his Masters in Religion from Liberty University. He is married to Beth, his best friend, and are new parents of a baby boy. He is passionate about student ministry and the next generation church. Dan and Beth are also passionate about worship and enjoy playing and leading worship together. A self-professed “Technology Nerd” and Mac user, Dan spends his free time playing guitar, BBQ’ing, checking out new technology, watching the UFC and is a loyal and often frustrated Philadelphia sports fan. His life verse is Hebrews 12:1-3.
Elena Elliott
Director of Worship
Elena leads our worship services including the Choir in our traditional service and the Praise Team in our contemporary service. She is a gifted musician and organizer. She and her husband Bill – who sings in the Choir and plays percussion in the Praise Team – have two sons.

Jenny Ward
Director of Children’s Ministries
Jenny leads our Children’s Ministries with a passion for kids and experience in administration that comes from years of service in such community organizations as the American Cancer Society. She and her husband Bill – our Deacon Board Chairman – are the proud parents of two children.
