Children’s Ministries
SUNDAY MORNING
Childrens’ Classes up to 5th grade at 9:15 a.m. and up to 3rd grade at 10:30 a.m. Nursery and toddler care during both services. Youth Group for grades 6 through 12 at 9:15 a.m.
WEDNESDAY EVENING
Clubs meet every Wednesday at 6:30pm and end at 8:00pm. Each club offers Christian teachers/mentors, biblical learning, physical activity, and wonderful opportunities for fun and friendships.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Our VBS for kids is open to the greater Perry Hall Community. This is designed to be an exciting time for your children. This year, our children learned how to be heroes at “Hero Headquarters” on July 12-16. If you missed it, plan to join us next year. www.vacationbibleschool.com/perryhallbaptist
AWANA Cubbies
Young children can and should receive spiritual training. AWANA Cubbies is fun with a purpose – to reach and train preschool aged children for Jesus Christ. Basic Scripture memory helps the children grasp simple biblical truths. Stories, games, crafts, and other activities transform our preschool program into a lively weekly experience where fun and learning go hand in hand.
AWANA Sparks
Our AWANA Sparks program is off the tarmac and gaining altitude. This club is for children in kindergarten through second grade. As children this age are becoming more aware of their need to trust Jesus as their Savior, children will explore and understand basic truths about God, Jesus Christ, salvation and the Bible. During their three years in Sparks, children have the opportunity to learn over 65 verses, establishing a foundation of biblical wisdom.
Christian Service Brigade Stockade
Our Christian Service Brigade Stockade program is for boys in 3rd-6th grades. Along with fun and games, boys participate in activities that involve exciting growth experiences: physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. The goal is to guide boys to the Lord, guide boys to the Word of God, and guide boys to Christian maturity. Stockade is a Christian Scouting program, boys working with godly men in the church to build the young Christian leaders, boys can earn badges for their participation in activities, study, and service.
GEMS
GEMS (Girls Everywhere Meeting the Savior) Girls Club is a place where girls in 3rd-6th grades can make new relationships, discover who God created them to be, and discover how to actively and passionately live out their faith in Jesus Christ. The club provides a place to nurture Christian friendships and fellowship and explore Christian disciplines of study, prayer and service in age appropriate settings. GEMS is a Christian Scouting program, girls working with godly women in the church to build the young Christian leaders, girls can earn badges for their participation in activity’s, study, and service.
